Those Who Knock Me Down
Those who knock me down,
who try to tear me apart,
only succeed at breaking,
breaking an already broken spirit.
Those who knock me down,
who try to destroy me,
only win a war,
a war with a wounded army.
Those who knock me down,
who try to rip apart my soul,
only achieve at,
at ripping apart a disfigured soul.
Those who knock me down,
they are only trying,
trying to re-open old wounds,
wounds of spirit and soul.
And that is the lost effort of,
those who knock me down.
