I want to climb up to the highest point
Feel a cool breeze graze my neck
With a whisper from my lips it echoes across the world

I want to sit there in tranquility
As my hair blows in the wind
I hear a pitter patter of light rain

I want to feel soft grass lace between my fingers
Then hear a chirp from a bird in the depths of reality
As I sit there in my fantasy

I want to climb higher
Then fall into a soft cloud
As I dream of a new world even better then the first

I wrote this from inspiration of a poem I read by Kelly Loftus. Thanks for inspiring me!

I don't normally like poetry, I really like this one. It makes sense to me and totally reminds me of sitting in class, starring out the window, trying to escape class.
