I miss you
I miss seeing you everyday. I miss the feeling of walking into the room, my heart pounding with happiness and expectation. I miss drowning in your eyes as you gazed into mine, my heart skipping a beat. I miss the funny faces you would make at me just to make me smile. I miss the imprint of your hand on my shoulder, the gentle brush of your fingers in my hair. I miss the way one look from you took away all my worries and fears, leaving me as light as a butterfly. I miss your beautiful smile, the way it lit up my heart. But mostly, I just miss you, and all that you are. I just want you to hold me in your arms and tell me that you miss me too.
