Dreadful Sunset
Crawling down the slope of day
I feel something, like a little fright
I wish you would not leave, but in the sky play
before all grows solemn into night
Showing flashes of dark crimson, red
all runs in fear, and behind it hides
cause in nights mysteries, awaken the dead
and through their blood runs your fear, where all their power resides
So come back, sweet cheerful sun!
let me bask in your warmth and never fret
Start over the morn' and with the day we'll be one!
Until the nightfall, with a great sunset
