Fever
My body aches
For every step I take
And my body is heating
Constantly
My vision is clouding
While my thoughts are hazy
My nose stings to the touch
And my eyes are watering every blink I conjure
My eyes threaten to close
And my breath has shortened drastically
This crazy fever is wrapping around my whole body
While I sit in class and endure the pain
Headaches are coming and going
My throat aches as I swallow
My back pains
As well as my legs
I just can’t stop this feeling
When my body is throbbing in pain
But I have to endure another two hours
Because I then have a whole weekend to heal
But my senses are starting to close in
And my body is killing me deep
But now I have to hold on
And erase the pain that keeps going
