Trust
When it feels like
the world is falling apart,
you need someone you can trust
to help you through it.
When you're blind
with rage or sadness,
you need someone you can trust
to comfort you.
What happens when you
can no longer trust
the one who's been beside you
from the start?
Trust is something priceless,
something that must be earned.
It's not a free gift.
To gain trust,
you must first prove
that you are trustworthy.
