When?
When did I stop being the anchor
That kept you safe in this world
And instead became a rock weighing down
Not allowing you to soar free
When did you take back your heart
And quietly hand me back mine
Leaving me two pieces instead of one
Giving your heart to another
When was it when it all fell down
My life, your life, everything vital to me
And a new house of cards built in the wreckage
With no place for me at all.
