The tree stood strong and tall
Proud was he of having roots so deep
Wind and rain beat at him,
He only waved
Water said goodbye,
Others wilted while he reached down
Getting soaked
Thwack! Thwack! Thwack!
Feeling sharp pains in his side
Wind and rain never dealt
Cutting many years of growth
"Timber!", He hears
And just like his pride,
He fell
