If you think you are a hypochondriac by definition aren't you?

Off went the soldiers, young, unknowing
boarding the ship to take them to war
The families tears midst the waves and cheering
The band playing as the ships drifts away from shore

The waiting for men who might not come
the dodging bullets on a bare field
the fear of letters the army from
The lying on cots untill they are healed

The ships sailing back home again
As the band plays families search for a face
the numbers diminished of many young men
Very few families their son do embrace

The war has taken the greatest price
We need to lift the darkness of war
A plan of peace we need to devise
And make the shadows and darkness no more
