Looking out my window
Thinking what I see
A spark of star
Not quite too far
But just a memory

Looking out my window
A blackbird in a tree
He looks about
Without a doubt
He’s just a memory

Looking in my window
It’s he who looks for me
But soon he’ll leave
And out he’ll cleave
All but a memory

Looking out my window
A reflection that I see
A broken face
Thrown out of place
Into a memory

this is really beautiful, ad i like how there are so many layers to understand, but there is still an overall feeling conveyed. And of course, 4 ways of looking at a memory. (it's spelled "rhythm", btw)

This is sooo pretty! I love how "just a memory" ended each stanza.

13 ways flashback.  4 ways to look out a window, and get a memory...or...relive it...or...yea.  Anyways, i like this one too, the rythem (SP?)  and the repetition of the stanzas is really cool.
