Never Ending Pain

It seems as if time is everlasting
Never passing
And I sit still
Calm and filled
With thoughts of what was
And I think it was because
That I was not enough
And it must have been pretty tough
And it killed me to not know
But you would not show
How you truly felt
But now I know
So there is nothing left
There is nothing else to show
It’s like there has been a theft
A theft of love from my heart
But I knew you were not true
There was no way that it could’ve been you
We had our fun
But now it’s done
And there is only one thing left
And that is to say
Good Bye
