Happiness:
an emotion that's hard to come by.
When I'm with you
the rarity becomes regularity.
Smiles curl upon my face
without my recognition.
The glint of joy in my eye
is unmistakable.
When I think of you
my heart explodes
from another word meaning joy.
This feeling
is tragically difficult to express,
but with you on the brain
I have conquered the beast
and a poem has arisen.
