Eye Of A Snowflake
I am born in utter silence
And whisked away in melody
Dancing I soar
Past my brothers and sisters
Riding on a gust of wind
I fly past ice gleaming lakes
Snow capped mountains
Above a painting of evergreens
Quiet
Then to the city
O how the clouds lied
The buildings cascaded shadows down past the snow laden blocks
Another gust of wind
Out to a gargantuan island of raging biting and snapping blue
Going on and on
The waters swaying back and forth
To a small strip of white
With barren trees
And desolate ruins
Silence clung to the air
Here I fell
Finally hitting the earth in utter silence
