NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!!

The Mountainous Road stands in the way
Blocking the path of two hikers
Preventing them from finishing their journey
Preventing them from accomplishing their dreams

Struggling and trying to rid the mountainous road
Day after day, but still no luck
They seem to give up
They seem to become skeptical of overcoming:
The Mountainous Road

They’re losing water
They’re losing food
They’re losing their hope
They think to themselves
Will it ever end?
Will The Mountainous Road disappear from their lives?

It seems as if the end is near
They can’t get back up
They can’t win the battle

But a spark of light appears from the sky
It gives them the hope
It gives them the strive
It gives them the ability

The Mountainous Road stands in the way
Blocking the path of two hikers
Preventing them from finishing their journey
Preventing them from accomplishing their dreams
But the light is there giving them courage
And now the hikers make their first step over The Mountainous Road

What inspired me to write this piece was that everyday, I see people have mountains in their life and they give up hope just like the two hikers. There is no reason for a person to give up hope; they have to keep trying and trying and eventaully, that mountain will disappear from their lives. There were two valuable lessons that people should get from this poem and those are to never give up and that there will always be mountains in your way, but keep trying and they will be deafeated.
