Its my life
My choice
Just listen to my voice
Just read the words that I write
The words that I sit here And put into type
I take this night
And sit down to write
Whats going on in my life
Every single day is filled with strife
Because shes still in my life
I know, with her, I made the right choice
But everyday I have to hear her voice
Hear her talk about him
The way she used to talk about me
A part of me still wants in
But that
Will never happen
Not again
I won't make the same bad decision twice
Its my life
My choice
Just listen to my voice
Let me tell you about this new girl
Who has come into play in my world
Her name is Ashton
So far i don't know if I feel an attraction
Don't know if I see that passion
That i'm looking for
In my girl
So I don't know whats will happen
With this new girl named Ashton
Its my life
My choice
Just listen to my voice
Just read the words that I write
The words that I sit here And put into type

I think to make the decision we have to hit rock bottom first. Like when we're in the free fall, we don't think a thing about who would get hurt. Then we hit the bottom and we make the decision to keep going. And it almost kills us, but somehow, we make it through.
