The room so full of affluence and wealth
Men hear to asess all my goods
Each asset taken and priced
The commensurate my shopping vice
The conversion of us money to European dollars was so poor
I spent my earnings for a decade
Actually a little bit more
I’m hoping for deflation
For less depreciation
Hide my financial failures from the press
Don’t want full disclosure of my downfall
My money dwindled away
The equity of my home went away
The fiscal matters consumed my life
The fluctuation of my bank account gave me strife
These inflated prices hurt so me much
I’m a liability in this money crunch
The projection of my debt is far too poor
I need a job more remunerative
Or I will be with a home no more
The stability in my life now gone
My stipend gone along with it
Tabulate the facts
And I’m just plain broke
