Anger
Builds up inside
Has no where to go
But out!
Feelings flow out like lava in a volcano
Body raging with anger
My eyes fill with water
Tears are like a waterfall that falls on my cheeks
Time to reflect
Not on my weaknesses
On my strengths
Anger is a wave
That comes
In all different sizes
At different points in life
To get past anger
I fill my mind with
Peace
