nameless.
She stands back as her words fade to nothing
once prayed that things wouldn't come to this
she's not proud of becoming accustomed to this bitter cold
although she still seems to welcome it
afterall, it's been the only constant thing in her life
for over 3 months now other then the mailman.
it's 6:04 and she already knows it'll be a late night
but instead of finding her way to the suffocating bed
they once shared,
she finds her way to the back of the closet
where she once stashed the beautiful red heels he bought her
you might be able to find her in a dimly-lit room
surrounded by smoke and sweet talkers
but only she knows where she'll end up
and with red lipstick and alcohol in hand
she is ready to face the torturous night
another lost soul in a city that could care less
