There Will Always Be War
Why do you put up your fists?
Why do you protest against us?
We are the ones who fight for you.
We die, young and old
We hear the bombs explodes
We put our lives in danger.
You yell, “come home”
But it’s not that easy.
You don’t see what we see.
We are the men and women
Who keep the power of hell
Out of your dreams,
Out of your house,
Away from your door,
Out of your reality.
So please put down your signs
And stop your chanting
There will always be war.
