Black to Light
Blackness surrounds me,
Black figures moving around me
Firing my gun five times
I hear a screech, loud enough
To make my ears bleed.
Then everything goes silent
I scream but cannot hear myself
The blackness fades,
Little by little,
So I can see the hot desert
That surrounds me.
Then a bright light comes over me
My eyes are blinded by the light
And an angel comes from that place
And says to take her hand.
