Who needs company with memories like these?
Everyone else has gone.
I've got nothing to live for.
No one to love.
I'll die and die alone,
So what's the point of living?
No one up above.
Seeing them go, while I stay.
Looking for a friend
but there's no one around.
Laying in the dark by myself,
I'll spend the night alone,
and I won't make a sound.
Who do you believe,
when words have long since gone?
Who's words do we run to?
What are we to see,
when eyes have closed?
When silence becomes you?
Nothing, and no one.
There's nothing left for us.
We are alone,
and we'll die that way.
Some of us tomorrow, some of us today.
