Pride and Serenity
Pride,
Is the color of,
The red and orange fires burning,
Deep within our hearts.
Pride,
Tastes like,
The most ornate feasts,
Of steak and mushroom,
Lobster and Shrimp.
Pride,
Is like the smell of,
Campfire smoke,
Sweet sweat,
And damp forests.
Pride,
Sounds like,
The howling of,
The Lone wolf,
And the morning crow of,
A roster.
Serenity,
Is like the color of,
The seas and forests,
Growing deep within,
Our hearts.
Serenity,
Is like the taste,
Of the most humble meal,
Of uncooked greens,
And a sweet strawberry.
Serenity,
Is like the smell of,
The deep forest,
Fresh water,
And Violets.
Serenity,
Sounds like,
Rushing waves,
Gentle breezes,
And soft pages rusleing,
As you flip through a book.
