We are fake,

We are imitating,

We are copying,

We are stealing,

We are taking,

We are liars,

And above all,

We are untrue…

Untrue to ourselves…

Because of the image we want others to perceive,

So they do not look down upon or shun us,

But what we do not realize is that in doing so we’ve lost our uniqueness,

Our essence,

Our very sense of being us,

And not what others want us to be,

And all you have to do to put an end to all this mindlessness we call an “image”,

Is by simply by making you be…
