Two, Not One
Sweaty palms and i ran
your face was flushed when you saw mine
i tripped into your arms
you just held me for so long
my heart leaped
racing
it had been to long
i found you
I found you after months of searching
you left
involuntarily of course
i know
i understand
my jail bird!
my delinquent!
but the best part about that
is that you are mine
still are
i knew you wouldn't leave me
you wouldn't go away
the rain might have been falling
your hair soaking wet
my shirt dripping
you kissed me
two
not one
