Stare deep into the mirror, the mirror of themself.

Like the perception of the Sun’s image                                                                        reflected on

the riverbed that creates the body.

The features, oh so identical.

Yet, the way the eyes    glow    with

neon on the water in comparison to the

radiance, the [divine] luminosity of their own.

The way the silky beams of light that are [human]

in the way follicles of wavy, fluid                                                                       refractions are not.

The way a [God’s] blessing cannot be

mimicked by                                                                    a mere adhesive of liquid and reflection.

The way [mortal] souls,

have not the power to paint themselves

On the riverbed to create their body.
