I know you can hear me
I know you’re there but I can’t seem to talk to you like I care
it isn’t fair that I have to be down here listening to all that happens while you sit in your chair sleeping your days away
I don’t understand why I feel this way because it isn’t logical
everything should be logical
when I pray like a good Christian girl I feel nothing
but when I write with no rhyme or reason it fuels me with something
something to speak
something to breathe
and now, I’m back where I have once begun

Young people in their walk with God fine it hard to stay in faith blindly, and that’s what this piece is about, it’s hard to understand why God would put us here to watch all the hardships people go through while heaven is a place of love and peace, it gets even harder to understand when other young people are taken from us, but things happen and God’s plan stays the same regardless
