The word has lost its meaning
What is selfish
Is it selfish of me to think of ME
Or is it selfish not to think of U
Yours words wrap their arms around me
Keeping me caged
I want to be free like a bird
But your cage of words keeps me grounded
i set myself free and think about me
how i always wished to be

I feel that the word is used for people to get what they want from others. Selfish people reflect their selfishness at times but sometimes it's okay to be "selfish".
