The cold winds are bitterly cold
I wonder why.
Who blew it?
For whom is the cold wind?
After much thought
It's the wind that blows
The cold wind makes them shiver
But the true warmth of spring will come
Let's look forward to it together
It's futile to grieve for spring
It's an abandoned corpse
It brings only disguised submission

I'd plan to imply some political sarcasm about Chinese economic reform by using the symbol of "the wind in spring" which Chinese government would use it as the symbol of Deng's reform . I'm taking it in order to criticize his policies because he factually restored the old economical structure and brought proletariat class back to the condition of being oppressed
