Busy Bodies MAG
Busy bodies
No one can stop
Not even for a single second
Everyone is busy stuck on themselves
JUST STOP
BREATHE
Can’t you hear?
Can’t you listen?
I think I’m going to crash.
Am I alone?
Why is everyone else so perfect?
Is it me?
I try to scream it at the top of my lungs,
“You’re going to overwork yourselves!”
But nothing comes out
There must be an error in my biological system
No one would ever understand
Do I even understand?
Busy bodies
Perfect bodies
I envy the busy bodies
I barely have energy to get up in the morning
They seem to be raging with it
I envy the busy bodies
I envy what they represent joy, happiness
What do I have?
Raging anger
I need to get it out
But no one is listening
They never listen
They’re too busy to even stop
DISAPPOINTMENT
I hear it more than once
I hate busy bodies.
