"I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns." -Philippians 1:6

You’re fleeting away

And I don’t know what you want me to say

I don’t know what you want me to say

Because you’re wasting my time

But I want you to be mine again

And in a way that’s different from before

I just want you to be there

I want you to just care

I’m tired

I’m so tired

And time is fleeting away

You say

“I can’t share my feelings”

But I’ve never proven that to you

Even when you cried

I was your shoulder to bruise

So while time is fleeting away

I don’t know what to say

I’ve apologized a million times

But I can’t mean what we won’t say

Hey

I’m just tired of the fighting

I’m so tired of the lies

I think I wanna sleep forever

But maybe in time,

you’ll change your ways

But as of now

Time is fleeting away

You’re fleeting away

I don’t know

What you want me to say

Because I’m changing

And you’re not

You never thought I would

I don’t care what they say anymore

But you know I would

But while time

Is fleeting away

I don’t know what

You want me to say

Because it’s been “sorry” a billion times

And I’m so tired

of this life that we live

I feel like it’s all just a lie

Because I’m just breathing
