I am a Butterfly,
In my cocoon I hide,
Depression internalized,
Then like a werewolf,
Mania emerges,
My brain surges,
I scream and weep,
No one ever hears me,
I hold my ears to stop the screaming,
My brain ever continuing,
I sit in silence all alone,
With frantic creativity,
It tries to release the pain inside me,
Until I shrink back inside my cocoon,
Banished to the dark again immune,
Forever unheard,
Forever unseen,
Forever in pain,
I am Bipolar
