Life
Every second we live something happens
Storms happen, children are born, funerals are held
No one knows when they’ll take the bullet next
Whether you live or die, people will experience everything
It may not be today, but it will be tomorrow
It didn’t happen yesterday, but it will happen today
Crime and crime happens over and over
When will the end come to that, no one knows
This poem comes from within and not without
Eyes have seen, but feelings have not felt
We live for everyone who needs us
When indeed we need ourselfs
Cries of hurt COME but never GO
and with that we have Life

I wrote this poem because I wanted to express how difficult life is with all the obstacles that come with living. I also wrote it to share with other people how life is not as simple as everyone thinks it is.
