Rain
Rainy day full of gloom and gray
No sun to be seen no warmth to be had
Freezing gray day
The hug of the wind makes my face tingle away
Frozen breath like a cloud near my face, the breath cold and clammy although I better be glad
A flicker of the sun through the grey chases the storm far from my way
Looking up at the sky I am so glad
Now the wind holds me tight in a warm embrace
My face no longer tingles in the harsh cold, but with glee
When I see the rainbow looming high above me
The sun is shining and the earth is free

This poem is a Piece that describes the struggles I have had with mental illness, I decided that the weather is a very good descriptor of how I feel some days and I want to share it.
