Dying on the inside
Smiling on the outside
Everyone sees a giggle
All I feel is pain
I am going insane
You see a happy girl,
In a happy world
But that happy person in me isn’t happy
In fact, that world I’m in is just as crappy
Crying at home,
Laughing at school
My feelings in a whirlpool
So many people underestimate me
If only they could see
How much pain there is in me
Enemies come naturally
How much happiness is there, actually?
No one notices
I intend to keep it that way
“Make them pay”,
Is what they say
But I still don’t want to be that way
