Strands of Hair
Tens of thousand of them, all on the same surface
none stand out, no one notices
but all together, it makes part of an identity, something to be remembered by
different colors within the strands stand out.
they are different, they make the hair prettier; highlights.
but the others; though part of something beautiful and playing an important part,
are looked past.
some people change there strands by bleaching them, changing them to be different; to be highlights.
But why should the hair long to be noticed?
though it hurts, beauty and fame make your statements heard; acknowledged.
People now see you, It makes you somebody.
