JEALOUSY
I have a best friend and her name is Stephanie,
When I fell down she kissed my scraped knee.
Her hair falls over her shoulders perfectly,
And she loves to drink tea with crackers and brie.
She takes me to the mall as she takes her spree,
And then takes me to the mountains where she loves to ski.
She braids my hair as we sit under our oak tree,
And her laugh and her compliments make me so carefree.
She’s got these pretty big eyes the color of the sea,
And her nose and cheeks are painted peachy.
Stephanie grins and tells me I look good in green,
Is green so pretty when it’s hue is jealousy?
