they ask who i am.
who am i?
what am i to say?
i am not a face,
i am not a body,
i am beyond physicality,
i am more.
i am an idea
sheathed in shadows.
and beneath my forest of thoughts,
skin kissed by moonbeams,
and eyes bleeding crystalline tears,
i exist.
i live not in this world,
but a better one;
one where
cold, caliginous nights
sing grand songs
of love and lust
and where trees bear home
to fairies and benevolent spirits.
but, alas,
angels dance
the night into day
and demons reap.
i am mahpiohanzia.
