There was a time, I had my walls up, built my borders, faded 

         there was a guy, took down my walls, crossed my borders, made me feel alive

I believed, I trusted, thought the one for me was yet to come, 

               all the promises he made, got me falling in the whole he dug out for me, 

all his flaws, all his mistakes, is what made him so perfect, when I called for forever, 

                he would say, "till forever ends", so as it seems, it has ended 

he had left and buried he deep, now as I sit here today feeling so.... weak, 

                for letting him in, I realize, that forever is a lie that many believe, the lie that breaks

a heart, the promise that can never be fulfilled, so, till forever ends, hold my hand, and lets 

believe till the end.
