I can’t go on like this
I can’t keep trying

I can’t keep
Looking at life through tears
Like watching the sun through clouds
I know It’s there
But don’t have
The will to find it
I get lost instead
An intruder in my own world
Fumbling through darkness
Searching
For a light that isn’t there
Help
Don’t let me do this
Make me let go
Of the knife in my hand
Make this pain
E v a p o r a t e
Give me the antidote
To this poison
