Blue is broad daylight
A ripple in the endless abyss of similar voices
A face trying to stay bright
Trying to make better choices
An expression of despair
Blue is the symbol of sadness, but does it have to be?
Attempting to break free but in the end
Blue is the color of water but it cannot flow
Blue is the color of the sky but it cannot fly
Blue is the color of intelligence but it doesn’t know,
Why must it be so bad?So sad?
Blue just wants to be glad
