No Need For Goodbye
Stars stretch across the sky
Filling us with thoughts
The oblivion,
So close
So far
Where does it go
Where do we go
The bright stars our guide
We lie in the earth
Buried deep, silence overtaking us
Loved ones visit
Endless flowers
Some of us
are sprinkled into the wind
The water
The world
Visiting the places they never got to see
The places we wanted to see
They went to early
Too late
A disturbance
To their families
lives shattered
Mourning, upset
They look up to the sky
Stars stretching across the endless abyss
Shooting stars, falling
They see us
Waving.
Thoughts flood their mind,
A quiet smile, maybe a tear
Waving,
But not goodbye.
