The sky was dark
As the rain began to start
And there they stood
Looking at each other
Like they understood
Hand in hand
They began to dance
Laughter echoing through the world
Their smiles so big and bright
As the rain began to pour
I have never seen
Two people as happy as they were
Their clothes were drenched
And their hair was soaking wet
But they didn’t have
A care in the world
That is happiness
The kind I wish
To reach for again
But as you can see
That was only a memory
