My Life

I write a story.
Because mine is damaged
I marry black ink with lined paper
and do what I do best.
I write a damaged person
this world has never known.
I write her a life of disappointment
of sadness
of heartbreak
of risk
of danger
of death
I waste my time writing
this story
because over its contents
I realize
It is my life
