Your treasured object I am,

my structure you know.

I accompany you to the place,

wherever you go. 

When I am with you,

you smile, grin and wink.

I capture all your colours,

white, yellow, blue and pink.

I've a question to ask,

why am I availed during a happy task?

Why don't you click sorrows, disappointments and negativity,

and lock them up, away from the fraternity?

Who are your best friends?

well, it's me and my lens.

Why? Because, we make you smile,

maybe not longer, but, at least, for a while. 

Be a camera, or a lens,

Take a look around, at all your friends.

Proffer this notion a start,

make sure no one's left with a ruptured heart.

Some pictures are clear,

while some blurred.

So is life, some days are happy,

while other days the tables are turned.

Clear out the blur mess,

enhance your grade.

Come out of your fears,

lets the shyness fade.

Get up, hold yourself,

brighten up your eye.

Keep marching ahead,

and you'll soon reach the sky.
