The Earth's ground is tear ing itself apart

Ravines       gaping open, the red abyss fills my eyes

Flames from miles below singe my skin

The shining light above fades

Now Death stands atop the heavens, watching me

He sends his soldiers, their noses are attached

wrong, their eyes misplaced these are monstrous creatures

sent to slay me, ha, this battle you shall lose Death

–[swords> scattered around swiftly I grab one and swing

Monster after monster after monster I slaughter, but the stampeding waves are endless,

nowhere to run too many

cracks and faults one step off this rock

and I'll be f

               a

                l

                l

                i

               n

               g for eternity

Blood gushes from the dark skies

The alarm begins to blare,

It's starting to rain, come back in.

I valiantly sigh, and I roar

into Death's face

“Not Today”

I chuck the stick to the sky

and stomp in all the puddles along my way

home with my head held high
