Fall has a chilly air

Which you sometimes can’t bear

The chilly air rustles through the leaves of trees and flowers

All through the hours

In fall, there are beautiful leaf colors on the trees

Some red, orange, yellow, and green

Birds will migrate later on in the fall

Not one of them will stall

During the days when many leaves are on the ground

You can make leaf piles, how does that sound?

Picking up all the leaves can take so long

But when the pile is all finished, it won’t turn out wrong

Taking walks is also fun

Especially when all the hard work is done

Enjoy fall; my friend, winter will soon arrive

 Bright colors will be replaced by a gray that will thrive
