A title wave
came crashing into my shore
and with no permission
it pushed itself and all its salty belongings
into my soft sand.
But everyone knows
a tide that rolls to shore
has to return to the sea.
So off it went, once again
leaving me with a tuffted shore line
and a promise
that the sea will one day rise again
