All About Me, According to You
I’ve noticed
That everywhere I go
There’s a girl that follows me.
People often mistake her for me;
We could be twins!
Other than that
I can’t figure out why people think she’s me.
She cries for pity
She lies as an easy alternative
Nepotism is on her side
Skepticism is her very own guide
I’ve even heard she lives in a mansion!
She seeks attention
And did I forget to mention,
She’s an easy catch
If you know how to snatch her?
She’s absolutely crazy
She’s definitely lazy
She hasn’t worked a day in her life!
I’ve seen her around school
I’ve seen her act a fool
When she’s at her house
She’s quieter than a mouse
But she’s not me, and I’m not her
People see what they want,
What they think they know for sure.
