Our Galaxy
Slowly,
I
Fall
Into a deep sleep.
Darkness from my eyelids
Enveloping my world
As if it were a black hole.
Blotches of color
Appear.
The tranquil night sky greets me.
Stars and the moon
And what lies within
a picture of our
Galaxy.
The 9 planets
Who are our
Universe.
Like a fire
Our sun burns.
Floating around I see
beauty
In the
Darkness.
Sadly,
I had to wake up.
The quickly fading
memory of my expedition
Fresh in my mind,
To only see
elegance
In the
infinite light.
