I've realised that my love for poetry isn't new

 Because even the simplest word you say is like poetry,beautiful and absolute love

 And I've known you for a while now

 So I went outside today and whispered your name to the trees and flowers 

And the trees started dancing with the wind 

and the flowers blossomed all pink 

And when the stars came out I told them about the wonder you are 

I could see them smiling even from so far

And when I told the moon how much you mean to me 

The moon blushed and whispered it to the sea 

And as the sun came up all red and bright 

I told the sun how my heart skips a beat at your sight 

And that day he shone

 like he had never before 

I told the ocean about your deep dreamy eyes 

And even the ocean was jealous of your beautiful eyes

And that's how everyone knew

How helplessly I am in love with you 

And I love you like the moon loves the stars 

How they are always together never apart 

My love for you is like a 1000 love stories 

Written by great saints in all their glory 

My love for you could bring back Romeo and Juliet from the dead 

Just to tell them that our love is beyond compare

And as I lay at night 

You're the only thing that's on my mind 

And I wake up everyday hoping that the coffee mug 

would soon be replaced by your kiss and hug 

Just like the ocean kisses the shores everyday 

Just like the tides return even after they were sent away 

I will always come back to you 

You and your precious smile 

You and your dreamy eyes 

You and your perfect face 

You and your beautiful soul 

You and your deep voice 

You and your unconditional love 

And I love the smell of rain and coffee 

And I love little surprises 

And I love the stars 

And I love songs that remind me of you 

But there is nothing on this planet that I love the way I love you
